Experience: I've been riding since I was 20, and always had sports bikes. I usually do enough miles every year to wonder if something less exciting and more comfortable would be a good idea, but I haven't succumbed yet because I still love the buzz of making a sports bike work with me. Got into WYAMs 4 years ago after putting a Thundercat through a hedge simply because I hadn't spotted gravel on the road, and was amazed to find I enjoyed riding my bike more after preparing for my test.
